We also have BS EN ISO 9001 accreditation reflecting our commitment to attaining the highest possible levels of service and to continuous business improvement. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS

We always review the service to be delivered prior to the implementation of the contract. At this stage our operational management team familiarise themselves with the key elements of the assignment, gain an understanding of the culture and philosophy and begin plans for the Service Level Agreement. We then formulate key performance indicators followed by the specific benchmark criteria. These are then used to promote added value initiatives and performance excellence, developing the true, honest partnership.
